About Bentley

Bentley . I have moved into a condo and my special loving black 13 year old standard poodle needs more room to run and play. Bentley needs a secure well fenced in area as he WILL take off and run away , if an opportunity exists. He will run after wildlife, deer, rabbits , cats, etc, so a fenced area is a must He will attack small animals. He has good basic obedience training and loves to snuggle up with his people. Bentley is very loving and LOYAL He must be on a secure leash when walked as any other animal running and he will charge full bore after it. He usually wants to play with other dogs his size, but would be too rough with a smaller dog . He would be best as a single pet or with other larger dogs. Bentley has a great nose and would make a good on-leash search and rescue dog. He is somewhat mischievous, so you will need to keep all edibles out of his reach and the waste basket secured with a good lid, or stored inside a cabinet. Otherwise he is extremely quiet and at ease in the house. He is current on all his vaccines. He gets Interceptor plus monthly and wears a Seresto collar and eats pedigree chicken rice and vegetable food. The condo unit has very limited exercise areas for him and he needs a place to exercise and just be a dog and be happy and playful again. If you have a secure fenced in area for him, he will be a loyal and loving friend for you. And he is a good watch dog, too. He will snuggle up to you gladly. Relishes touch.
