'Meet Manny, a 'Little Man' (his former name) with a huge heart. Manny thought he'd found his forever family 5 years ago but was returned to MHCR at the start of 2026 through no fault of his own. Now he's thriving and ready to start his next chapter in life. At 12 years old and just 6.5 lbs, Manny is super chill and adorably irresistible. He has a sweet, silly, and happy personality that makes everyone fall for him instantly. He's incredibly friendly with people of all ages, including kids, and gets along well with cats and dogs, though he initially lets new dogs know that he's a tough guy. Manny is a silly little goofball who will keep you laughing every single day. He loves cuddles, walks, soaking up sunshine in the yard, and showing off his hilarious little bark. He is also free roam trustworthy and house-trained as long as he is let out every 3-4 hours. When Manny came back to MHCR, he had all of his teeth removed and was given a clean bill of health. Now he's ready for a cozy home filled with cuddles, walks, and love. If you are looking for a laid-back best friend with a big heart in a tiny body, Manny might just be your perfect match.'
