About Luna

Meet Luna. She arrived at the shelter as a stray and was never claimed. When Luna first arrived, she was in very rough shape, severely underweight, unwell, and already carrying more pain than any young cat ever should. Despite everything she had been through, she quietly accepted the care offered to her. Luna had been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to arriving at our facility, giving us hope that someone would come looking for her and unfortunately no one showed up. Still, through it all, Luna remained gentle, patient, and incredibly trusting. She has been nothing short of a sweetheart and an absolute champion. Luna loves to 'talk' to her people, soaking up every bit of attention she can get, and she truly lives for head scratches. She has the most endearing blank stare, one that catches you off guard and makes you laugh when you least expect it. Estimated to be just around one year old, Luna has so much life ahead of her and so much love left to give. Her curiosity grows more each day as she enjoys exploring new rooms, and she's always excited to see a friendly face walk through the door. While she hasn't yet been around other cats, with slow and patient introductions she has the potential to adjust. What Luna loves most, though, is simply being close, snuggling beside you, making biscuits, and quietly reminding you she's there with her gentle affection. Luna is a soft, loving soul who deserves more than a shelter kennel. She deserves a forever home, one that won't give up on her, won't replace her, and will choose her every single day. A home where she can finally feel safe, cherished, and loved the way she always should have been. She doesn't deserve to grow up behind shelter walls.
