Po is a 4-year-old chill, calm gentleman who was surrendered to St. Louis County Animal Care & Control in early January. I believe he is neutered. He absolutely does not belong in this overwhelmed, crowded, loud shelter and does not fit in there at all!! He weighs approx. 100 lb. He desperately needs a loving family for foster or adoption.
