About Tay

Meet Tay! This little one-year-old golden girl is sponsored by our friends at Golden Huggs Rescue in VT. Her personality and smile are so dang special, we just had to be part of her adoption quest. Tay was born to be the center of your world. Her short 32-pound stature is full of star power! If her energy and rizz could make her physically sparkle, she wouldn't need costumes on her world tour. Tay carries herself with fearless confidence in everything she does. She's a true solo performer who shows unconditional loyalty to her fan base. Though she may have some younger fans, Tay's lifestyle is meant to appeal to a more mature crowd - preferably to those 12 and older. As an artist, Tay is a master at captivating her listeners by being versatile and relatable. While her style appeals to many genres, she stays clear of certain critics, especially cats and overbearing female dogs (Tay is all the diva you need). Tay works incredibly hard and has a good head on her shoulders - she walks well on a leash, well-trained, and responds to all of her fan mail. She was recently spayed and is up to date on all of her vaccinations. She enjoys adventures and trying new things as a way to stay relevant and fresh. While she may spend a great deal of time in the spotlight, Tay is just a small town girl at heart who loves her people and loves to snuggle at the end of the day. She's hoping for that perfect someone to fill the void in her heart. Fans alone cannot complete her. As a super star, Tay has certain requirements: �'ۢ A fenced in yard for security to keep out the crazy, unwanted fans �'ۢ A stage set specifically for her. She'd be more willing to collaborate with a male dog as long as they understand that they'll be the back up singers/dancers. �'ۢ A dedicated support group around her more often than not that will remain committed to the training she has already received �'ۢ As previously stated, fans 12 and older �'ۢ Regular activities to keep her body and mind sharp. Play time is essential! Rescue is more than a verb. It's a promise. Dogs come with a variety of needs - some behavioral, some emotional, some medical. When approved applicants rescue these dogs by adopting them, they take on whatever comes with the dog. This is what it means to rescue. GHR ONLY ADOPTS TO ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 25 AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OVER 6 AND PUPPIES TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE TIME FOR THEM. It doesn't matter where the pups are from; it only matters where they live the rest of their lives.
