About Loki

Loki is a big cuddle bug with a very sweet personality. He will literally take a nap right beside you & sleep on you at night lol. He's a 8 month old Dutch/ German shepherd Mal mix who came from a breeder at 5 months. (The breeder didn't match us up correctly & won't take him back) Loki just completed a 6 week board & train at Patriot Dog Training in Bulverde, Texas (Silver Package). He is an absolute dream to walk or run on a leash!! He has an outstanding heel on leash. He does not have any food aggression, you can put your hand in his bowl while he's eating & he won't react. He will sit down, make eye contact with you (wait command) and wait till you release him to eat. We're working this same command when opening the front door. He's been responding well. His temperament is pretty high energy, he plays hard then crashes hard & he seems super content with that lifestyle. His personality is like a free spirit. He's also a social butterfly at the dog park and will literally kiss every dog he sees. He's been super friendly with every dog he's met. He doesn't particularly enjoy training nor is he really interested in it. He's lacking drive & the desire to please but still has a ton of energy! He knows sit, down, wait, stay, no & leave it. This cuddle bug will need a patient owner as he's also very sensitive and appears to have had some trauma. I believe he was return to the breeder & resold to me without disclosure. He has kennel anxiety but is getting better. He also has a negative reaction to swatting flies which I also believe came from whatever situation he was in before me. I've had a hard time with loki fitting in with us so I'm hoping to find him a better home. Asking for a $500 adoption fee as Loki was $2,000 & his board & train was $4,500 but most importantly I want to make sure he goes to safe home. Loki would never hurt or bite anyone, it's not in his temperament. He will run if he's scared but he won't bite��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|
