About Two Fancy Rats

Fiona and Becca are a bonded pair of female pet rats just over a year old who are looking for a caring new home together. They are used to people and have sweet, gentle temperaments, but they do best with someone who understands that rats have their own comfort levels with handling. Fiona is the hooded rat and the braver of the two. She is curious and more likely to come over to see what you are doing. Becca is the white rat and is a bit more shy at first. She warms up with patience and takes confidence from Fiona. Both love running on a wheel, and running through tunnels or their ceiling dome. Neither of them are big fans of being scooped up, but they love sitting on shoulders or snuggling inside a hoodie where they feel safe and warm. Both will happily take food from your hands and are accustomed to regular human interaction. They are indoor pets and are used to living together, so they need to be adopted as a pair. The goal is to find them a stable, attentive home with someone willing to give them patience, enrichment, and companionship.
