About Acorn

Adoption Fee: $325
Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier mix
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

(DOB 11/22/2025) Due to Acorn's young age, she has not been spayed yet. For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within a 1 hour drive time of Wake Forest NC). She is a Soft-Coated Terrier Mix. Acorn is a super adorable bundle of paws, personality, and puppy magic! %90 Ϭ This little one is everything you'd hope for in a puppy - playful, curious, sweet, and ready to take on the world (one toy at a time). As with any puppy, she is still learning the ropes and will need a family committed to patience, training, and lots of positive guidance. Acorn will absolutely need another playful, friendly dog in the home to help teach her how to 'dog,' build confidence, burn off energy, and meet her social needs. A canine role model and built-in playmate will be key to helping this pup thrive. Acorn is looking for an active home or family that can keep up with her energy and enthusiasm - walks, play sessions, training time, and plenty of adventures will make them one very happy dog. One important note: Acorn can be quite talkative, so she's not the best choice for apartment, condo, or townhome living. A home where they can express themselves without worrying about neighbors would be ideal. While she needs another doggie role model in the home, she absolutely adores human companionship and often seeks out her humans first, even when dog friends are nearby. Because of this, she would do best with a stay-at-home or work-from-home parent who can give her the time, attention, and connection she craves. If you're ready for puppy kisses, silly zoomies, and a lifetime of memories - and have the time, space, and heart for a very social, people-loving pup - this little one may be the perfect addition to your family. As part of Acorn's $325 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit and puppy spay/neuter agreement will also be required. The deposit will be returned once the puppy is altered.
