HELP!!! I am the second longest term doggie at Chicago Animal Care and Control, which means, when the shelter gets over capacity, which it often does, it will have me 'go'/meaning it will be the end of me/don't want to say the word, since makes me want to cry. Please, come and meet me, give me a chance, it's #Urgent. The shelter thinks I am about 6 years *young*. It's a good age, still have spunk, but not that puppy kind of spunk. The volunteers say I am vibrant, incredibly sweet, gentle, easy to leash, remarkably well behaved, and wiggle with excitement when I see my doggie friends. I am a bit shy at first with new people, but if you take me home, we won't be new to each other for long, so no problem. I want, I need, my own human to snuggle up with, to play with, to take walks with, to love, to be loved. At the shelter I am not promised a tomorrow, but with you, can have many tomorrows. Again, please come.
