I found this dog roaming in a field behind my house. We have been seeing her all week and managed to catch her before the cold front. She is not microchipped. No one has reported her missing or responded to our found pet posts on nextdoor, pawboost, facebook. She is extremely sweet and seems to still be a puppy, I'm thinking less than a year but unsure. Maybe around 20lbs. I cannot keep her due to my two reactive dogs. We're keeping her safe and warm in the garage but looking for someone to take her in asap, as it is not safe/ideal for her to stay here. The shelters are full. Overall she looks healthy just itchy/dirty from being outside. No signs of aggression, no barking, extremely friendly with people and animals. We are going to take her to the vet Monday 1/26 to get checked out/vaccines if needed. Please reach out if anyone can take her in. I don't want to have to give her to ACS where they euthanize but that is my only option if no one takes her.
