About Zelda

Zelda Is Looking for Her Forever Home Currently fostered in West Newbury, MA Let's take a step back and share Zelda's story. Zelda was at Baldwin Park Shelter in California, where she gave birth to puppies. Every one of her puppies was adopted but Zelda was left behind. With her time running out, she was placed on the euthanasia list. Volunteers reached out to us, begging for her life-because they knew how incredibly special she is and couldn't bear to see her story end that way. Thanks to teamwork and determination, Zelda made the journey from California to West Newbury, MA, where she is now safe in foster care. Zelda is estimated to be 3-4 years old and is an absolute sweetheart. She loves people, would do well in a home with kids, and is incredibly affectionate. She is dog selective and no cats, please.
