Meet Baby Harlow ��%90%BE 8-9 weeks old DOB: 11.27.25 Puggle | F. Baby Harlow is a sweet, soulful Puggle with a heart far bigger than her tiny body. She and her sister, Cookie, were found tied to a dumpster in a field in Barstow after the homeless man caring for them was taken to jail. Left behind and confused, these girls had no idea what was coming next-but thankfully, love showed up fast. One of our most incredible foster families stepped in immediately and opened their home (and hearts) to care for these two angels while they wait for their forever homes.
