About Skylar von Roxy

Skylar von Roxy is a delightful 4 year old Shepherd mix. Sweet, friendly Skylar (who answers to 'Sky') is a fun mid-sized girl who is up for anything. Skylar loves people, has done well with children, and enjoys being active and goofy. Previous owners loved and cared for Sky and say she is a sweet and loyal girl who is housebroken and crate-trained and can be trusted in the house and yard. At the rescue she is friendly with everyone and generous with kisses. A smart girl, she knows her 'Sit,' 'Come,' 'Paw,' and 'Down' commands. She does need an experienced owner to reinforce her leash training and not allow her to run free. Skylar does well in playgroups with mild dogs, esp males and even likes to play with some of them. She says she is a definite no for cats or small dogs, however. Skylar is ready to settle into a bed with her name on it and love you for a lifetime.
