About Lacy

Meet Lacy. She's about 10 years old, ~80 lbs, a beautiful black-and-tan Doberman mix with a spark that says, 'Let's go�'�| or let's cuddle-either works.' She loves to run when she can, play when invited, and snuggle like it's her job. She's fully convinced she's a lap dog. She's not wrong. Lacy was surrendered because her owner moved. No behavior issues. No big story. Just�'�| left behind. Now she's in a shelter-trying to be brave in a loud, confusing place that makes no sense to a dog who's only ever known home. And like many senior dogs, the shelter environment has been hard on her-especially her skin. She has some skin issues, likely related to allergies, age, or possibly her mix, and would benefit greatly from the comfort and consistency of a home where those things can be properly addressed.
