About Chip

Say hello to Chip! He's a 2-year-old, 62 pound athletic love bug who is equal parts adventure buddy and cuddle king. Chip is in a wonderful Foster home with other dogs and 2 older kids he absolutely adores. He's dog-friendly, kid-friendly (8+), and just a genuinely happy guy who sometimes forgets how big he is because he loves everyone so much. This boy thrives with regular exercise; he loves long walks, runs, or a big fenced yard to zoom around in. He runs 5Ks with his foster dad in under 30 minutes (yes, really) and would LOVE to be your running partner, hiking buddy, or weekend adventure sidekick. When it's time to chill, Chip flips the switch into full lover boy mode. He's super food-motivated, eager to learn, and very trainable - especially for someone who enjoys an active dog. Chip would be happy as your one-and-only or with a dog sibling, and he'd be best suited for a home with some active dog experience. He's healthy, potty trained, crate trained walks nicely on leash, and is obsessed with squeaker toys!
