About OTIS

OTIS He is just a baby. Just 5 months old. He is terrified. Otis is a stray Lab mix puppy who was found with his brother and is now behind the walls of animal control instead of in someone's living room. At only 32 lbs, he should be learning how to play, nap in the sun, and trust the world. Instead, he is trying to survive the noise, chaos, and fear of an overcrowded shelter. He is a calm, submissive, gentle soul. He isn't wild. He isn't difficult. He is just scared. Puppies are not built for this. Not for concrete floors. Not for constant barking.
