About HANK

This is Hank. A real life version of scooby doo only in black! Much like scooby, hank is very fearful of just about anything that is new or unknown. The reason for his fear and sever anxiety is due to his eyelids being folded inward a condition called Entropion. He desperately needs this surgery which I cannot afford. He is yhe sweetest goofiest boy who gets along with everyone once he gets to sniff you out and know your not a threat to him or his home. Loud sounds spook him and ive worked with him for roughly 1 whole year, then my situation changed and I had to rehome him. I found a wonderful family who had him, roughly half a year, until just this month her youngest son fell very ill and is hospitalized and now she is unable to provide him with care. She reached back out to me and I happen to be in a better position but I cannot afford what he needs to live a happy stress free life. He barks non stop and cant relax is always tense and needs to be in the same room as you 24/7. His attachment issues are so bad he cannot be trusted alone for longer than 10 minutes. outside he will escape if he knows you left he will chew, dig, or destroy his way to where he last seen you go. Aside from his fear and anxiety related behavioral challenges he is an amazing smart obedient sweet cuddly dog who needs more care than I can provide him. I dont want him in the shelter and I unfortunately cant convince my landlord to let me keep him. He said hes too big and not allowed. PLEASE HELP ALL HE NEEDS IS A FAMILY WHO CAN AFFORD WHAT HE NEEDS AND TAKE THE TIME TO WORK THROUGH HIS FEAR AND ANXIETY. I HAVE TO EMPHASIZE I TRUELY BELIEVE IF HE COULD SEE BETTER HE WOULD FEEL BETTER AND BEHAVE BETTER. I am happy to answer any and all questions in regards to him and his needs.
