Meet Gracie Gracie is a beautiful 4-year-old female Japanese Chin who truly embodies everything this treasured breed is known for. She's spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and has the largest, most soulful eyes that will melt your heart the moment you meet her. Gracie is the ultimate lap dog and devoted companion. If there's a lap available, she'll find it-and happily curl up for endless cuddles. She has never met a stranger she didn't love and welcomes everyone with gentle affection. Quiet by nature, she rarely barks and brings a calm, comforting presence to her home. In addition to cuddling, Gracie absolutely adores playing with other dogs. She especially enjoys the company of Japanese Chins or dogs of similar size and gentle temperament, and would thrive in a home with friendly canine companions who enjoy playtime followed by snuggles. She prefers not to be alone and likes to have her person in sight at all times-she's happiest simply being near the ones she loves. Gracie is house trained and also potty pad trained, reliably using a pad when the weather is too cold or wet to go outside. While she's not leash or crate trained she's extremely smart and already learning-she's expected to catch on quickly with continued training and consistency. As with any precious Japanese Chin, Gracie needs a safe, secure environment. A securely fenced yard is important so she can enjoy fresh air and sunshine safely. We do not know how Gracie is with cats, so a cat-free home or a slow, supervised introduction would be best. Gracie can do well in a home with children, but young children must be taught how to properly handle and care for a treasured Japanese Chin, including respecting her gentle nature and ensuring her environment is always secure and safe. Gracie would make an extraordinary companion for someone seeking unconditional love, joyful play, and gentle devotion. She has a remarkable way of making the world feel calmer and brighter, offering comfort, companionship, and a heart full of love. Gracie is ready to steal your heart-and take wonderful care of it forever. Gracie is located int the Pacific Northwest and preference will be given to adopters in the local area. Any adopters out of area will be responsible for all transportation costs.
