We are located in North Georgia and have a 5 year old Min Pin that was left in our care, but the owner never returned. While she is the sweetest thing, we are relocating and our work has changed to travel. My husband and I are gone 10-12 hours per day. This is not a good lifestyle for her, nor healthy for her. Her temperament is great, does well with other dogs, LOVES children, and cuddles/sleeps in the bed if you allow her. Again, she is the sweetest little dog, but we cannot continue to allow her to not have an accommodating lifestyle.
