About Stella

Hi, I'm Stella. I'm a 3 year old Vizsla mix, about 45 to 50 pounds, and my birthday is June 21. I've been with my family since I was a puppy and I've grown up with kids of all ages. I love people. Big people, little people, and anyone who enjoys hugs and kisses. If you sit down, there's a good chance I'll be right there with you. Cuddles are my specialty and I take my job very seriously. I'm gentle, affectionate, and happiest when I'm close to my humans. I'm also smart and eager to please. I like carrying things for my people and I only chew my toys. I do best when I have a job or regular exercise, because I'm a working dog at heart. A fenced yard is important for me so I can run, play, and burn off my energy. Apartment life wouldn't be a good fit for me. I get along well with other dogs, though I prefer having my own space during meals. I'd be happy as an only dog or with a respectful dog sibling. I'm not sure how I feel about cats yet. I'm fully house trained, spayed, and healthy. I'm up to date on my vaccinations, though I may be due for a checkup soon. I'm not crate trained, but I'm calm and adaptable and would likely do just fine with a little guidance. My family loves me very much. Life has gotten busy with kids, school, and a new business, and they want to make sure I have a home that can give me the time, activity, and attention I deserve.
