About Zelda

Zelda is a sweet girl we pulled from a high kill shelter day before she was being euthanized. Took her to foster and she is ready for a home! She had never been in a home before, and has taken to affection so well. Loves to nuzzle her head into you. She may be part Kelpie, small, only 35 pounds and knee high at the head. She is good with kids, older since she tends to get over cuddly with small ones. Good with all dogs tested with. Not reactive on leash but needs work with sit, leave it. We have crate trained her, and she goes in quite happily. It is her safe space. No issues with cats, but limited contact visiting other homes with her. She is fast! I think she would do well for someone active or interested in agility. She was a stray, and still maintains the impulse to take any dropped food. She is not food aggressive and very food motivated.
