About Rocky

Rocky is a beautiful Blue Heeler, he was a stray at Labelle Animal Shelter. He was shut down and frozen with fear while at the shelter. He only recently has decompressed and is coming around. He is shy and submissive, he likes both Men and Women. He doesn't love the leash just yet, and won't take treats, he prefers to eat them when your not paying attention to him, and same with eating his meals. He really enjoys hugs and kisses on his face, if he is unsure he will lay down frozen like a little potato, he may require to be picked up and carried or hugged and reassured. Rocky is going to need someone who is extra kind and patient, if you chase him he will run, but responds well to the word no and will come back. He will be getting his shots and vetting. 21st. PUPDATE: Rocky, made it to the vet, and took his shots like a pro. Unfortunately he is heartworm positive, but with having the Pro-heart shot, he should be re-tested.
