About Benny

Say hello to Benny! He's the best pup with a such a fun and loving personality. He's an Australian Shepherd mix who is just about 1 year old and fully grown at 36 pounds which makes him a perfect medium sized guy. He's living with a wonderful Foster family on Long Island who have 2 kiddos and 2 other dogs and Benny loves them all! He loves being part of family whether it's playing in the backyard with everyone, chasing tennis balls, walking his kiddo foster siblings to the bus stop, relaxing by the fire or snoozing in the afternoons. He loves to play and knows how to relax too. You'll see in one of his pics that he decided he needed a snooze in the middle of his play time! :) He's such a happy boy and he can't disguise it because his little butt wiggles are non-stop. He's also super smart and food motivated so very easy to train. He's a wonderful pup for a family with kids and other pups but we think he'd do great as a solo pup with an active family too. He's also been tested with cats and did great...a few sniffs and then no interest. He's healthy, neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations, housebroken and crate-trained too.
