Female, 9-year old Brindle Staffordshire, spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, 46 pounds, 100% housetrained, crate trained. She will not go to the bathroom in house unless she's dying to go. Long as you let her go poopies before you leave, she will hold it 8 hours and I don't crate her. She LOVES people and kids. Was a volunteer favorite at Carson Shelter. She loves the car and is fantastic in the car. Would make a great companion for a trucker. while she did play in the yard at shelter with other dogs, she was reactive to some, and I don't fully trust her alone with other dogs. I walk her side by side with mine with zero issues. She is wonderful on a leash around any animal. She will lunge at cats, but easily corrected and controlled on leash. She doesn't react to chickens, pigs, horses, cows, farm animals, etc. Today a rooster attacked her (didn't hurt her) and she went completely submissive. With the right/compatible dog and right owner, I do think she can be placed with another dog, but I don't suggest any cats. Ideally I'd feel better her as only dog in household, but again I walk past other dogs in Tractor Supply. Home Depot, etc on leash and no reaction. She knows sit, stay, shake. She doesn't bark or chew on anything.
