About Rufus

Rufus is a cane Corso mix but there isn't an option for that breed on this website :) Rufus is a big boy but he is one of life's Scooby Doos - he is more likely to leap into your lap when there's a loud noise than he is to bark at it or act like a security system. He is a bit of a scaredy cat but he is also the sweetest and most loving boy you could imagine. Rufus is a gentle guy who loves gentle playmates - he enjoys other dogs' company and is also a popular pup among his peers. He's a good walker, house trained and also trained in his basics. Rufus would prefer a home where someone is home a lot, because he can get a little anxious if he is on his own for too long. He bonds so deeply with you that he wants to be by your side as much as he can. This is one of the most loyal dogs you could ever dream of, and he will gaze at you as though you are the most important person in the world.
