To apply, the person must be at least 21 years of age. All other pets in the home must be up to date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and on preventatives. (Unless there is a medical condition.) Veterinary checks will be conducted. Fosters are part of the family. We do not adopt where the foster will be kept outside in a lot or tied up.
