About Simba

My dog is a catahoula mixed breed. His name is Simba and he LOVES being active outside and playing especially playing fetch with tennis balls and playing with the water hose. He is 9 years old and in good shape but he is an anxious dog because of a bad experience with a trainer. He gets nervous around men and he's scared of rain and thunderstorms but at heart he is a friendly dog so patience and a gentle hand will go a long way with him. He gets nervous with metal items so be careful to not make loud noises and he is also nervous when he is given food but he eats it just fine. He has potiental to be crate trained and knows basic tricks including the hand shake trick. He is in SERIOUS need of a home because I'm not able to be taken care of anymore.
