About Firefly

Firefly is a loving, sensitive young dog who has struggled with the shelter environment. While she has many wonderful qualities, the ongoing stress of shelter life has proven too difficult for her, and she now needs a foster (through Rescue) who can provide the time, structure, and resources she needs to decompress and succeed outside the shelter. She urgently needs a foster by or before 1/22 in order to avoid euthanasia. What we know about Firefly: �'ۢ House-trained and crate-trained �'ۢ Very loving and affectionate �'ۢ Loves chin scratches and will happily climb into your lap to cuddle �'ۢ Enjoys walks, chew toys, and gentle play �'ۢ Takes treats incredibly gently �'ۢ Loves treats so should be easier to train �'ۢ Does best in calm, low-stimulation environments �'ۢ Needs slow introductions to other dogs Firefly is a petite girl with fantastic ears, stunning eyes, and beautiful brindle coloring. She has so much potential, but right now she needs the support of a foster that can help her reset and thrive beyond the shelter walls.
