Humane Society of Imperial County, El Centro, So Cal Sadie - ID #26-0026 This dear young female chow mix puppy was found with a purebred looking momma chow and brought to a remote shelter who contacted us for help, since they rarely have adopters come. Therefore, a foster and rescue is likely needed for each, but either may also be adopted. The shelter let us know the two do not need to go together. Sadie is estimated to be 3 months old, weighs 20 lbs, and more skittish at this time. She is said to be fine around cats, and believed to be part shepherd too from her daddy who is unknown.. We have a separate post up for her momma, Florence (ID #26-0032) who is estimated to be only 1 year old and weighs 43 lbs. The shelter said she is is 'people friendly and dog friendly' .
