Dot is an adorable 5 month old female puppy. She currently weighs about 20 pounds, and we anticipate her to be medium to large breed when fully grown. She has a beautiful tan coat with a dark muzzle. Dot and her siblings ended up at a shelter in rural Texas due to no fault of their own. She is loving life in her Wisconsin foster home! Dot loves people and plays well with other dogs. She is working hard on her potty training skills, but her forever family should be prepared to do more training while she learns the routine in her new home. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. She is being fostered in Oak Cree, WI Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. We use those funds to support our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we transport and adopt out in the northern United States. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south eastern Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis.
