Dexter is a spry senior who is looking for a new home after the passing of his previous owner. He was clearly well loved and well cared for, and that shows in his happy, confident demeanor. This sweet 10-pound boy has a spunky, happy-go-lucky personality and will keep you smiling with his charming ways. Dexter enjoys being close to his person and would be a wonderful companion for someone who is home more often and looking for loyal company. He does great on a leash and truly enjoys his daily walks, as well as exploring the backyard at his own pace. Dexter is good with other dogs and friendly when meeting new people. While he isn't a barker, he will politely alert you if someone is at the door.
