Meet Mia, a beautiful 2-year-old black Standard Poodle with a gentle heart and lots of love to give. Mia is a sweet girl who can be a little shy at first, especially around men, but she warms up quickly and becomes a loving, loyal companion once she feels safe. Because of her size and energy, older kids would be best, and she does well with children who understand how to be respectful of a large dog. Mia is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and enjoys spending time with her people. As a Standard Poodle, Mia has lots of energy and will thrive in an active home that can provide daily exercise and mental stimulation. She will also need regular professional grooming about every 4 weeks to keep her coat healthy and comfortable.
