__________ Leka Needs a Foster or Adopter by 1/17/26 to Secure Her Ride to Wisconsin Leka is currently in a Georgia shelter and must have a foster or adopter to secure her spot on the transport truck to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue. Without a home commitment, she won't be able to make the trip. Meet Leka Found as a stray, Leka is still settling into shelter life, but she has already shown herself to be sweet, gentle, and affectionate. She is a petite pup at just 12 pounds, making her an easy fit for many households and lifestyles. She is super sweet, cute, and friendly. She gets along with dogs, cats and kids. Leka is young and eager to learn, and like many dogs her age, she will benefit from patience, guidance, and routine. Her potty training, crate training, and leash manners are currently unknown since she was found as a stray, but with consistency and love, she is expected to do very well. Leka would thrive in a home willing to help her build confidence and enjoy all the comforts she's likely never had before.
