Meet Oscar who just went to the groomer!! Fresh cut and feeling so much better. Hi, my name is Oscar and I am 5 years old and I am a sheepadoodle . I have the beauty of an old English sheep dog but I do not shed. Best of both worlds, right! I am in foster care because my original humans were in a difficult situation and could not make me fit into their lives. My foster mom says it's not my fault and that I did nothing wrong which makes me feel good. But I am lucky because my humans loved me and treated me well since I was a puppy. The reason they call me a gentle giant is that I am very mellow and am 95 pounds of pure love. I am good with all kinds and sizes of dogs. I love playing with other big dogs and am respectful of smaller dogs. Because of my size I should not go to a home with small children, but I do love children and cats too. Some other things about me is that I am neutered and up to date with all my vaccinations. If I could pick my ideal forever home I would want a family that would let me play off leash like in a big backyard and/or a dog park. I also like going for walks and smell all the good smells out there. I do not have separation anxiety but I love it when my humans are home. My absolute favorite activity is cuddling on a sofa with my humans. When my humans are not home I behave well without being in a crate. Of course I am fully potty trained ,so no problem there. I do like putting my nose on the counters, so my foster mom puts food out of reach. I am a very good boy and try very hard to please. I would love to meet you. To know me is to love me! Oscar's adoption fee is $680, which includes grooming. Due to his size and strength, we recommend an active family who can meet his exercise needs. Seniors should note that Oscar may be too large and strong for them. We do not adopt to family with young children and out of State unless you have a second home in Florida.
