About OSO

The puppy is a purebred Chihuahua, three years old, and suffers from watery eyes. He has all his vaccinations. The only problem is that I don't have the money to take care of him because he's been vomiting for a week. I think he has stomach problems. Someone just abandoned him without a second thought, but I can't take responsibility for him because I already have two dogs, and it's very difficult for me.
