About Birkenstock

Adoption Fee: $550
Boston Terrier mix
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

Meet Birkenstock Birkenstock has arrived in Wisconsin and is settling into foster care. She is a gentle, sweet puppy with striking blue eyes who is ready to find her forever family. Birkenstock is approximately 3 months old and came from a neglect situation with her mama, Ariat. Despite her difficult start, she is curious, affectionate, and full of promise. Birkenstock has a white coat, blue eyes, and currently weighs about 12 lbs. Birkenstock will need patience and guidance as she learns puppy basics like potty training, crate training, and leash manners. With structure and love, she will grow into a confident and loving companion. From their foster: Birkenstock had a great night and slept quietly in her crate. She is happy, playful, and incredibly friendly with every living creature she meets. She is very curious about the cats and will give chase, but only in a playful way. My Chi mix has even been playing with her, and she has been very respectful when she corrects them. I think they would do great in a home with another dog of any size or age. Birkenstock is confident, outgoing, and fearless with new experiences. She is extremely snuggly and loves being close to her people. She absolutely loves the outdoors, even in the cold. Snow zoomies are her specialty. She is doing excellent with potty training and will sometimes even scratch at the door to let us know she needs to go out.
