About Valley

This loving, goofy girl is everything people adore about Great Danes. Valley is still in her puppy stage without the usual chaos. No accidents or destructive chewing. She truly believes she is a lap dog and loves curling up with her people to watch TV. She has a great balance of energy with playful, silly bursts followed by calm couch time. Her zoomies are guaranteed to make you laugh. She is fully housetrained, rides well in the car, and can stay home without accidents for up to 10 hours. Valley walks fairly well on leash but may pull at times, and crates are not for her as she is an escape artist. She loves stuffed animals and can never have enough. Valley does great with other dogs and is happiest when she has dog friends. She is also good with cats and even gives them sweet licks, though she may chase if they run. She lives with a 12 year old and does very well with kids, but supervision is important since she does not realize her size. She does need to be fed separately due to mild food guarding, which has already improved greatly. Valley would do best in a home with another dog or someone who is home more often. She is easygoing, affectionate, and perfectly happy relaxing on the couch with her people.
