About BANANA

Adoption Fee: $500
Pomeranian
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

BANANA is a 3 year old, 22 pound Pomeranian who was the very best mama to her seven puppies. Now that her mom duties are behind her, it's finally Banana's turn to be spoiled. BANANA is very sweet and gentle, loves everyone she meets, and wants to be the center of attention. She happily rolls onto her back for belly rubs, which are her absolute favorite. She has the classic Pom personality, twirling when she's excited, prancing when she walks, and enjoying zoomies in the yard. BANANA is friendly with the other dogs in her foster home but doesn't really interact with them, as she much prefers being right next to her person watching TV and soaking up all the attention. She hasn't been around children with us but we were told that a kid in her prior home named her and based on her easygoing nature, she would likely do fine with older children. We do not how she is with cats. BANANA is completely potty trained and will give a quick bark when she needs to go outside. She is still working on leash walking and will need a securely fenced yard. When her foster leaves the house, she finds a cozy spot on the couch or a dog bed and settles in for a nap. At night, BANANA sleeps on the couch or in a dog bed, though she would happily choose the big bed if given the chance. She knows how to sit, takes treats gently, and is a calm, loving companion who would thrive in a home where she can be someone's little shadow. BANANA is up to date on shots, spayed, heartworm negative, has had a ProHeart 12 heartworm prevention shot, and is microchipped with a lifetime registration. *To meet or adopt one of our dogs, you must first submit an adoption application for review.
