About Boggs

Boggs is named after famed activist Grace Lee Boggs. He adopted himself into a home from the streets of Detroit. He is a big, silly, goofy, fun, playful, sweet, loving, communicative cat. He is beautiful and is admired by everyone at the vet's office. He has a regal straight nose that harkens to a panther or leopard, he saunters and has big cat energy. And he is a healthy, big boy at over 10 lbs. He does have a health concern that is not listed in the drop down menu-- he was diagnosed with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease. He had a flare up a little over a year ago and is healthy and mostly care free now. This only shows up when he is stressed but is manageable by specific urinary tract food-- which he will come with a large bag and a half of. He does not need to be on this food unless he starts to have a flare up. Otherwise, he eats normal cat food. He is good with most cats, but he is dominant and can be a bit of a bully. If he is redirected and played with often, then he pays less attention to other cats and will sleep next to them comfortably.
