This dog needs your help ASAP. Seems to be a sharpei mix, emaciated. Seized for neglect with several other dogs, now awaiting euthanasia on 1/17. Please call the Sonora police department to adopt or foster. The dogs he was seized with seem to be socialized to people and dogs. He is very shut down.
