This handsome boy is in dire need of a home. He is currently at a shelter where he came in as a stray on 12/13. He has become stressed in that environment and well be euthanized soon due to this. He is 3 years old, 90 lbs and appears dog friendly. Here are some of the shelter notes: Frosty has continued to decline in care��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD The shelter is a very stressful environment and Frosty is failing to thrive. Veterinary staff have been unable to provide his booster vaccination due to his current temperament. For Frosty's wellbeing we are needing immediate rescue transfer to a rescue organization experienced with this breed and temperament. Frosty comes to us as a stray. With no collar/tags, microchip, or any luck from our Lost and Found page posting - he finds himself needing placement��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD We are seeking a breed specific or breed experienced rescue for Frosty. It's not uncommon especially for working breeds to struggle immensely under shelter stressors. Frosty appears to have some aversions to being restrained. He does well for collaring, leashing, and even being removed and placed back into his kennel! But he has a very low tolerance for medical handling.
