About Jasmine

JASMINE NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER Jasmine's story is one of survival and second chances. This brave girl spent over a month on the run as a pregnant stray, fending for herself and searching for a safe place to bring her babies into the world. When she was finally found, she led rescuers to an abandoned camp trailer - and inside were eight beautiful, healthy puppies. Her little family was rescued that day. They all went to a temp foster home with Loni Groves until another rescue took in her pups, and Jasmine remained with Loni where she could rest, recover, and learn to trust again. She has since been fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed, and now she's ready to find a foster or forever home of her own. Needs to be the only dog in the home. She has just finished Board and Train. She gets along with cats She is house trained She is kennel trained She is an absolute love bug who just wants her person Walks well with her training leash She is startled with loud noises. No small kids. Jasmine is looking for a calm, patient home - ideally a quiet household with a fenced yard and a kind family who can offer her understanding and stability. She enjoys going for walks and does well on a leash, but she still needs slow introductions to new people and other dogs. Jasmine seems to prefer women but can bond well with men who approach her calmly and confidently. She's not a 'project dog' - she's a soul who's been through a lot and just needs someone who will meet her with patience, reassurance, and love. Someone who understands the loyal heart of a pittie and can give her the safety she's always deserved.
