Mona A754634 3 Month Old Female Pit Bull Terrier Australian Cattle Dog Mix Needs Rescue By 01/17/2026 Mona is a 3 month old female Pit Bull Terrier Australian Cattle Dog mix that was owner surrendered on 1/5/26, Animal Control Officers originally responded to a incident report of a small puppy being struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival both Mona and her owner were located, at which point owner stated she is currently experiencing homelessness and unable to provide any medical care to Mona. Mona sustained several mild abrasions and moderate trauma following the incident, with the most severe injury being a broken left femur. Due to the extent of Mona's medical trauma and need for advanced consultation, Long Beach Animal Care Services is seeking immediate placement for Mona A754634 with pick up no later than Saturday January 17th.
