About Zion

Zion is a 7 year old male #Chowsky Siberian Husky Chow Chow mix that was surrendered to the shelter following an animal cruelty / neglect investigation from their local Animal Control Enforcement Team. Zion has only been at the shelter a few days & still in a bit of #ShellShock trying to cope with a big scary shelter. You can tell he wants to seek attention from people but is quite skittish from all the commotion and big scary noises surrounding his kennel. Zion apparently lived amongst several other big & small dogs for a considerable amount of time before his prior living situation required Animal Control intervention. Zion is currently available for adoption or rescue and really seems like he would be the type of dog that would integrate rather easily into any home with-or-without other dogs that can just give him a quiet bed to be comfortable & relax in.
