Found dog in neighborhood around Christmas Eve 2025, wearing collar with no tag. Scanned dog, no chip. She is very skittish with new people. When she trusts, she is very sweet. Have been seeking owner, no one has come forward. Shelters here are turning away strays. I cannot keep the dog.
