Urgent! Toby is at risk today in Dallas at a high k!ll shelter. Transport to any state is available. He is an energetic boy whose life is in danger so the shelter can create more space. He hasn't been 'doing well' trapped inside the shelter. He has the capacity to settle in and blossom as a loving boy, once out of the stressful situation he has been under. You can see how his eyes show his heart is just pleading to be saved, loved and understood. Toby is heartworm negative and approx. 71 lbs. He hasn't been tested yet with other dogs.
