BDRA is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charity that accepts no fees when helping individuals or other rescues. 100% of donations go directly to the care of the animals. If you'd like to help us continue our mission, please donate at: https://www.blinddogrescue.org/donate-1. Name: Seven Age: DOB 9/27/25 Breed: Aussie Mix, currently 20 pounds but still growing Sex: Male (not neutered) Location: Hoke County, North Carolina Adorable puppy Seven is one of eight puppies from an accidental litter. Vet Info: Seven has been dewormed and given a health check, he has not had any of his puppy shots yet. He is blind (with shadows) and deaf. He is a double merle Aussie mix. Dog Info: Sweet Seven was born from an accidental litter, most of his littermates have been rehomed but Seven is waiting for his perfect family. While owners love him greatly, they have no fenced in yard and want the best environment for him to flourish. Seven is a little cautious but when he gets comfortable he is very playful - especially with his littermates! Seven's family has a bearded dragon and at night when the lights are on in the tank, Seven tries to play with him through the tank. He also lives with 6 other dogs and a rabbit. Seven just barks at the rabbit, doesn't try to chase him. Seven's family does not have cats so he has not been exposed to them. He is crated when the family is not home but otherwise has run of the kitchen and living room. He is not at all possessive with treats, toys or food but when eating with the other dogs will gobble his food down quickly. Seven has never shown any sort of aggression to any person or animal and is good with men, women and children of all ages. Seven also has an adorable brown butterfly on his side. He would make a wonderful family dog. **Owner Surrender Disclaimer: These are blind and visually impaired dogs who are living in homes, but their owners can no longer keep them.
