About Amber (pocket pittie)

NAME: Amber - Code Red! ***** CODE RED! Out of time! Foster or Adopter Needed ASAP! ***** Amber was taken to a very rural NC shelter just days before Christmas due to her owner being arrested and taken to jail. Sadly, Santa did not grant her Christmas wish of getting out of this very scary place and into a safe and loving home, but we're hoping the new year is going to change her luck because the clock is running out FAST. This little picket pittie puppy mix is just 7-8 mos. old and about 35 lbs. According to shelter staff, 'Amber is scared/timid at first but very sweet and affectionate once you've won her over with treats! She is petite, dainty, and gentle.'
