About Blaze

i am looking to rehome my dog blaze and someone who is willing to work with him he unfortunately isn't extremely up to date on his shots which is one reason we are looking to rehome we hate that we can't serve him in all aspects he needs. He's a German Shepherd pitbull mix. He is the biggest cuddle monster, lovesss to play tug of war and really any game involving a ball or rope, he was amazing with any kids we had him around and the other pets in the house but i'm not sure about other animals as he wasn't really around them, he is super super sweet and loving, he really thinks he is a small dog and acts like it too, he is only 3 and not neutered so he can definitely benefit from some formal training, he is crate trained and actually enjoys it for some reason lol he puts himself in there to sleep, we just can't afford the training with our son and current living situation and feel a little selfish as he has started to show signs of getting tired of his small environment as we have lived in an apartment the last 3 years. He has twice bitten which is the main reason for rehoming he tried to chase a cat out on a walk and bit other owner out of reaction when he tried to stop him from dragging him. The second incident happened when we tried to rehome him a first time he was sent with warning and a muzzle that was not used. you can tell he feels terrible but we have decided it would be selfish to continue to hold him in this environment and don't want to risk our son upsetting him (which has never happened) but we would like to give him a chance with a better environment and the opportunity he deserves.
