About Canelo

Canelo - Home Needed for Canelo he is a 5-year-old intact male bully-type dog who has been raised in a loving family home since puppyhood. He is healthy, house-trained, crate-trained, and very bonded to his people. He enjoys walks, relaxing indoors, and being close to his humans. As he has matured, Canelo has developed dog-to-dog reactivity and guarding behaviors, particularly around territory and stimulation (fence line, other dogs). He has also shown boundary-setting behaviors (growling) in stressful situations. There was one bite incident involving an adult during a dog altercation; no unprovoked human aggression. Canelo has been deeply loved, cared for, and is emotionally bonded to his family. We are seeking a family to help us love this big boy will help with anything that is needed even if you are wanting to fix him we will help out just not sure what to do anymore have 4 kids with a 5th on the way and he is losing patience with the kids and it's always a nervous thought that something may happen.
